1. Chief Compliance and Risk Officer (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager)— One for Kathmandu

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 45 years.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in a similar post.

Job Description:

Implement risk management methodologies for lending and operational risk in finance. Ensure the organization’s risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic objectives of the finance. Due analysis of credit files, risk grading, and forwarding for approval. Responsible for minimizing NPL by smart evaluation of credit files during the approval process. Responsible to maintain overall compliance as per prevailing laws, NRB directives, etc.

2. Head-Operation (Officer) — One for Kathmandu

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics. Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

Experience: Minimum two years experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in a similar post.

Job Description: Must be responsible for handling Banking Operation, general administration, central operation, and central clearing and procurement as per policy.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Age: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years.

Experience: Minimum two years experience in any NRB licensed BFIs in a similar post.

Job Description: Analyze potential deposit market to increase the deposit level and clientele base. Maintain a healthy relationship with customers to secure future transactions with them. Responsible for a Deposit growth target of Finance. Analyze market and keep track of competitor’s offerings for preparing strategies to grasp competitive advantage and prepare suitable marketing strategies on a regular basis.

3. Information Technology (Assistant/ Supervisor) — One for Kathmandu

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

Experience: Minimum 1 year’s experience in PUMORI software. Experience in NRB Licensed BFI is highly emphasized. Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Job Description: Must have familiar with SQL language. Knowledge to handle card center, remittance, Mobile banking, IPS, SMS banking, etc.

4. Junior Assistant/ Assistant — One for Butwal Branch

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Management/Economics.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

Experience: Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description: Should be a self-starter. Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service. Credit processing, Deposit Marketing & customer service.

5. Marketing Representatives (Contract and Incentive basis)- Few for Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan, Hetauda branches)

Educational Qualification: +2 in any subject.

Age: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

Experience: Freshers, as well as experience, may apply.

Job Description: This job is under a contract and incentive basis. Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service. Able to adjust and adapt to a new environment. Responsible for deposit marketing. Achieve targeted number of account openings, collect deposits and engage in marketing activities.

Job Specifications for all the above vacant posts:

  • Preference shall be given to those candidates having similar banking experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (Nepali and English).
  • Good typing skills in both English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products and good knowledge of Banking Software.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
  • Having a valid two-wheeler driving license.
